Tillmann Severin lives and works in Berlin. He studied comparative literature at the LMU Munich and in St. Petersburg as well as Literary Writing at the German Literature Institute Leipzig. Bvbv Severin writes poetry and prose and translates poetry from Russian. His most recent publication is “museum der aussterbenden mittelschicht” (Verlagshaus Berlin 2022). He was initially awarded the VG-Wort Neustart Kultur-Stipendium for his work on “museum der aussterbenden mittelschicht” and the Bode-Stipendium for translations of Galina Rymbu’s poems.
